The organizers have the right to cancel ICHC2007 without substitution
if unexpected circumstances such as war or natural disasters force such a step, or if civil or military authorities demand
cancellation. In this case, conference fees will be fully reimbursed.

The organizers are not responsible for any claims regarding loss or theft of valuables, or in cases of accident or illness. Participants
must provide their own
insurance. Moreover, the organizers are not liable for indirect damages and any claims arising from activities not listed in this conference programme.

Your address will only be used for the purposes of this conference and will not be made available to third parties.
The only exception to this rule is that the address list may be forwarded to the organizers of the
ICHC2009
in Copenhagen.
