4.1 General Information
We expect your contribution to report on research that has not yet been published or presented. If you have already presented on your topic, we ask that you specify the new aspects of your contribution.
In our experience, the best presentations and discussions are supported through well-chosen visual material and clear captions. We urgently ask our contributors to choose visual material that clearly illustrates the argument and that can be shown in high quality, for example map details. This is particularly important for the understanding of audience members who are not native speakers of the language in question.

Information for presenters
Information for poster presenters |
Conference languages are English, German and French.
Proposals for sessions, papers and posters have to be submitted in English because the selection process will be conducted in this language.
Papers should be given preferably in English to reach the widest possible audience. Papers may also be presented in German or French. However, there will be no simultaneous translation. Captions of illustrations have to be in English throughout, i. e. also in papers presented in German or French.
Posters may be written in any of the three conference languages.
