4.1 General Information

4.2 Paper Proposals

The following information needs to be submitted in English only:
- Name of the presenter
- Institution
- Address (regular mail, e-mail, phone, fax)
- Title of the paper
- Corresponding conference theme
- Abstract, 250 words max.
- Short description of illustrations
(please do not send visual material at this point)
- Curriculum vitae, 75 words max.
A note on the presentation of visual material: There will be two digital projectors, a visual presenter and an overhead projector available. It will therefore not be possible to present slides.
Technical information and advice for those preparing a Powerpoint presentation and
recommendations for the digitization of slides will be available here on the website.

However, please do not hesitate to propose a paper even if your illustrations are currently not digitally available, and if you have no experience of working in the new medium. If your paper is accepted, and you are worried what to do about your illustrations, please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible. They will be able to advise you and, where necessary, provide practical help.
